In May 2015, the foundation of Silan’s 8-inch IC chip production line was laid in Xiasha Chip Manufacturing Base.

The silicon epitaxy workshop of Chengdu Silan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was put into trial production in 2014;
In November 2014, the LED color screen control/driving circuits and solutions innovated by Silan were applied to the Bird’s Nest LED light curtain at APEC summit meeting.

In August 2013, the first three-axis magnetic sensor circuit SC7M30 was launched by Silan;
In June 2013, the Japanese Branch of Silan was officially incorporated in Osaka, Japan;
In May 2013, the IGBT product SGT40N60NPFDPN used for welding machines and inverters was launched.
